Line managers have a difficult job. They have to do the job as well as deal with people problems. They often do not have any specific training in managing the people resource. They need a series of methods, which will allow them to function more confidently and with more skill in people management. This course is designed to enable participants have a deeper appreciation of the strategic human resource approach and employee relations issues that need not be escalated; and thereby improve on business results.

- The impact of effective people management in a digital age and post-covid era on the business results of the unit
- Managing the self to achieve higher productivity
- Personal action plan
