LEADERSHIP AND TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES

EW Associates is led by the Managing Consultant and assisted by a team of practice leaders. We have a core staff of professionals with impeccable credentials and hands-on experience with backgrounds in legal practice, information systems development and management, human resource management as well as organisational development and finance and accounting. A 65 member team of associates complement the skills of the core staff with diverse backgrounds including human resource management, training and development, monitoring and evaluation, corporate turnaround, financial management reengineering as well as business development and productivity improvement.

Kwesi Attah-Mensah

Managing Consultant

Kwesi is a graduate in Organisational Leadership, Azusa Pacific University, USA.

He is an OD and HR expert with over 30 years hands on experience in the public and private sectors gained both locally and in the sub-region. He has extensive experience in human resources management and development, organisational/business performance and productivity improvement as well as process facilitation and recruitment of staff. He was an adjunct lecturer in management at the national banking college and is a lecturer in strategic management at Knutsford University College, Accra, Ghana.

Ronald Acquah -Arhin

Director, Finance & Practice Leader, Organisational Systems & Business Development Services (BDS)

Ronald holds an MBA (Accounting) degree from the University of Ghana, Legon. He has extensive experience in the review and installation of financial management systems, Programme and Project Financial Management, private sector enterprise development schemes and the design of innovative financial products and services. He has worked with international organisations including TechnoServe, Danida, and PricewaterhouseCoopers as well as reputable local consulting firms. Ronald has in-depth knowledge and experience of Rural and Community Banks (RCBs) in Ghana having been involved for many years in the governance of the banks at the institutional, regional and national levels.

Kodjo Menka

Director, Business Networking and New Business Coordinator& Practice Leader, Learning & Development

Kodjo holds the M.Sc. International Business degree from the University of Ulster, Northern Ireland, UK. Kodjo a qualified Chartered Administrator has more than 30 years’ experience working in accounting, administration, finance, management and operations within complex business and project settings in the public, private and international donor funded work environment. He is a certified and experienced facilitator, trainer, and coach. He is also certified in Instructional design and development and has worked with various tools in e-learning design, development and implementation. Kodjo is a Balance Scorecard Professional and has undertaken and passed Quality Management Systems –Auditing ISO 9001-2008 and Quality Management Systems–Understanding and Implementation of ISO 9001-20088.

Tom Mawusi

Practice Leader Recruitment & Labour Advisory Services & Legal Advisor

Tom holds the M.Phil. University of Ghana, LLB, University of Ghana BL degrees. He also holds the Post Graduate Dip. (Public Admin), GIMPA. Tom a legal practitioner, trainer and administrator has over twenty years experience in Human Resource Management and development in both the public and private sectors. He has worked in the civil service and the manufacturing and mining sectors. He has wide experience in the design, development and presentation of management training programmes. He has considerable experience in labour relations. Tom for over 10 years was the Head of the Management Faculty at the Ghana National Banking College
