Companies with female board representation routinely outperform those with no women on the board (study by the Credit Suisse Research Institute). However, women are underrepresented in leadership and management positions in organisations. There is an apparent glass ceiling where there are proportionately fewer women in the highest-level positions than in the lower-level positions. This course enables talented female executives to unlock their potential and hone their skills for personal effectiveness and leadership and achieve high levels of performance for the organisation.
